I hope you never have to report about a lockdown on your campus. If you do, here are some key processes my students used when covering such an event on our campus.
The Distinguished Speakers Series at Oklahoma City University will feature journalist Bill Moyers on Oct. 26. The presentation, which is free to the public, is titled “The Truth of Your Life.” Moyers will talk about his career as an award-winning journalist for public television and producer of several documentaries. He also will discuss issues affecting journalism and public media.
