Advisers can’t do much to make the staff more productive in the newsroom, according to students who attended an #EditorTherapy chat earlier this month about making the newsroom a great place to work.
While advisers may have their hands tied, editors seem to think they have a lot of influence when it comes to functionality and productivity in the newsroom. And it comes as no surprise that they want good tools themselves to do their jobs well.
