Being a yearbook adviser means training your staff to plan far in advance and then be flexible enough to revise those carefully laid plans as the year develops and changes. Here are resources I use to advise the student media through the yearbook production process.

Advance Planning

Some of the yearbook planning process can be done in the previous semester and summer before the book is set to be published. You can use this Yearbook Checklist example as a way to organize your student editors before the semester begins.
